Starter reserves one 1-vCPU / 2-GB application VM with 20 GB NVMe and one separate 1-vCPU / 2-GB PostgreSQL VM with 20 GB NVMe. PostgreSQL is reachable from the tenant private network, not exposed as a public database listener.
V1 deployment is managed with DotMoose support. Provide the OCI/Docker image reference, application HTTP port and required environment-variable names through your onboarding ticket. Secret values must use the secure support handoff provided during onboarding. Do not send them through ordinary email.
PostgreSQL receives daily logical backups with 35-day retention and an independent restore-test path. The target RPO is 24 hours. V1 does not advertise point-in-time recovery.
PostgreSQL 16 is single-node and non-HA in V1. The app and database are isolated VMs, but this is not a multi-node high-availability product and no uptime SLA is included unless separately agreed in writing.
New orders are accepted only when healthy Canadian production capacity is available. If healthy production capacity is unavailable, checkout stops and no new order is accepted.
