Security abuse
Do not probe, scan, exploit, compromise, or interfere with systems or accounts without authorization. Malware distribution, credential theft, botnets, denial-of-service activity, and intentionally exposed malicious infrastructure are prohibited.
Spam and messaging abuse
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, operate abusive mailing infrastructure, harvest addresses, evade blocklists, or use a service to facilitate phishing or deceptive messaging.
Illegal or harmful activity
Services may not be used to facilitate activity that violates applicable law, knowingly distribute unlawful material, threaten people, or materially interfere with the rights or systems of others.
Network and resource abuse
Do not intentionally degrade shared infrastructure, evade service limits, falsify network identity, or generate traffic intended to disrupt another network. Shared services must remain within the resource limits of the purchased plan.
Intellectual property
Do not knowingly use DotMoose services to distribute material that infringes intellectual-property rights. We may act on valid notices and legal requests as required by applicable law.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict traffic, isolate a service, or suspend access when needed to protect customers, infrastructure, or the public. Severe or urgent abuse may require immediate action. Less urgent issues may be handled with notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem.
