Most email tools bill you for how many people you have collected, including the ones who unsubscribed. We bill you for what you send. Subscribe, unsubscribe, import another list: your price does not move.

OrderEvery plan has a hard send cap with a warning before you reach it. Sending pauses at the cap until you choose to move up a plan. There are no mid-month overage charges, ever.
At Starter and Growth we keep you on our managed sending pool on purpose: a fresh dedicated IP at low volume hurts deliverability, and we will not sell you something that makes your mail worse.
Concierge switching
We import your list and remove duplicates: one record per person, across all your lists.
Every address passes our verification check first. Dead addresses and domains with no working mail service are removed and reported to you.
Signup timestamps and sources are carried into the new list, so your CASL consent evidence survives the move.
People who already unsubscribed are imported into our suppression hub, never into a sendable list. Nobody gets re-mailed by accident.
We set up your authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), register the feedback loops with Google and Microsoft, build your branded starter template, plan your warm-up, and a person reviews your first campaign before it goes out.
Concierge switching covers lists up to 10,000 contacts in the setup fee. Larger lists: C$10 per 1,000 contacts for the cleaning.

The big US platform runs about C$150/mo at that size. Here, a weekly newsletter to that list is Growth at C$79/mo, and a monthly sender pays Starter at C$39/mo.
They bill for every contact: subscribed, unsubscribed, even non-subscribed, and the same person in two audiences bills twice. We bill for sends. Unsubscribed contacts cost C$0, and one record per person means duplicates cannot double-bill.
Theirs are applied automatically mid-cycle, at rates they do not publish. Ours do not exist: hard cap, warning first, no surprise charges.
Their switching is an exported CSV and a rebuild you do yourself. Ours is concierge switching, above, consent records included.
Built for CASL: double opt-in by default, timestamped consent records, one-click unsubscribe in every send, and central suppression across all your sending.
Your list, account and campaign data stay on our infrastructure in Canada. If you choose the SES sending-engine option, sending transits Amazon network like every US provider does. Your stored data stays in Canada.
A person from the Canadian team that hosts your website, included on every plan. Deliverability questions are answered by the people who run the servers.
Managed warm-up with bounce and complaint gates, continuous blacklist and authentication monitoring, and a named person watching your sending who can act before a small problem becomes a listing.
Questions
If you would like, but you do not have to switch. Coexistence Management is built for keeping your mailbox at Google or Microsoft while we run the authentication, monitoring and reporting layer around it.
No, and that is deliberate. Our sending products are for mail to people who have agreed to hear from you. It is what keeps our customers' mail out of the spam folder, and it is non-negotiable.
You get a warning before you reach it, and sending pauses at the cap until you choose to move up a plan. A surprise overage charge on your invoice never happens.
You export your list (we walk you through it, about five minutes) and we do everything else: import, dedupe, verification, consent records, unsubscribes into the suppression hub, authentication, template, warm-up plan, and a human review of your first campaign.
One health score for your sending domain, your bounce and complaint trend in plain words, your blacklist and authentication status, and two short lists: what we changed, and what you should do, if anything.
Yes. If we host your website, setup is smoother: we already hold your DNS, so the authentication records are done quickly. If we do not, we tell you exactly which records to add, or add them with you.
Ready when you are
Spam folder, a bill that keeps climbing, a list you are afraid to send to: open a ticket and tell us. We will tell you plainly which product fits, or that none does.
