One hosting account per client
Each client workload stays in its own normal DotMoose Shared service. There is no pooled reseller shell and no assumption that you need a VPS.
Approval before pricing
Submitting an application does not activate reseller pricing. DotMoose reviews the business use and multi-customer intent first.
Who owns what
You manage the end-customer relationship. DotMoose runs the hosting platform.
The program is for agencies that want to bundle DotMoose hosting into their own client service while DotMoose operates the hosting platform.
Your customer, your first-line support
You bill your own end customers and handle their ordinary website/content questions. DotMoose supports the approved reseller on the underlying hosting service.
DotMoose account isolation remains intact
Approval does not grant access to unrelated DotMoose customer accounts, billing, tickets, domains, or infrastructure. Each Shared service keeps the same platform isolation as a direct customer service.
Domains are not a discounted reseller product at launch
Domains remain normal-price and must preserve the real registrant/contact relationship required by the registry and registration terms. Do not substitute agency details where the end customer is the proper registrant.
Abuse and emergencies still reach the partner
The reseller is responsible for promptly addressing abuse, compromised sites, malware, spam, chargebacks, and unlawful use involving services it manages. DotMoose may isolate or suspend an affected service when required to protect customers or the network.

The discount follows the underlying DotMoose service fee. Third-party licence and registry/pass-through costs stay at normal price so partner pricing never hides an upstream charge.

Excluded costs
Third-party costs stay retail.
Software licences, paid control-panel licences, domain/registry charges, taxes, and other third-party pass-through costs are not discounted. Custom service quotes apply the 20% benefit only to the eligible DotMoose service component.
No stacking
Choose reseller pricing or referral commission.
A reseller-priced service cannot also generate DotMoose affiliate commission and cannot combine the program rate with a promo code, charity pricing, or another custom discount.

What does 20% leave you to work with?
If you resell at the current DotMoose public monthly price, the difference below is your gross hosting/service margin before your own support time, payment costs, taxes, and other business expenses. You set your own client price, so a bundled care plan can be priced differently.

Example: ten Shared Starter clients resold at today's public price leave about C$12/month in gross service margin; ten Managed App Starter clients leave about C$120/month. These are arithmetic examples, not profit or income guarantees.
Is this a traditional WHM/cPanel reseller account?
No. It is an agency/reseller pricing program for separate Standard Shared accounts. Each client receives a separate Standard Shared account, keeping workloads and lifecycle actions isolated from other reseller clients.
Can I still use the referral program?
Yes for genuinely referred direct DotMoose customers. The same service cannot be both reseller-priced and affiliate-commissionable.
Can my customer contact DotMoose directly?
The reseller remains the first-line customer relationship for reseller-managed services. Security, abuse, legal, registry, payment, or ownership matters may require DotMoose to communicate with the appropriate account holder or registrant.
Does approval guarantee a particular number of services?
No. Capacity, acceptable use, payment status, abuse controls, product availability, and normal service terms continue to apply.
