Control-panel economics
cPanel licenses are account-tiered commercial software. That changes the economics of low-cost VPS plans even when compute and storage remain inexpensive.
cPanel’s current Store documentation separates Cloud/VPS licensing into Solo, Admin, Pro and Premier tiers. The supported account count rises by tier; Premier also has per-account economics above its included account count.

A fixed monthly control-panel license is a much larger percentage of a small VPS bill than a large server bill. That is why comparing only CPU/RAM/storage can hide an important part of the delivered hosting cost.
Virtualmin GPL is DotMoose’s default/recommended free VPS panel path. HestiaCP, CloudPanel and no-control-panel options are also available where supported. cPanel & WHM Admin is a separate C$27/month customer add-on and requires VPS 4 or larger.
DotMoose’s C$27/month cPanel Admin add-on is below the current direct-store economics documented by cPanel. DotMoose covers the difference; the licence is still a paid add-on. This policy can be reviewed if partner pricing or cPanel licensing changes.
cPanel pricing and account limits can change. Any customer-facing comparison should link to the current vendor source and recheck the live DotMoose add-on rather than copying an old third-party price table.

A paid panel should be selected because the customer needs that ecosystem, not because a low-cost VPS is artificially made unusable without it.
