Billing and cancellation
Canadian-dollar pricing
DotMoose storefront prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales taxes are added where required.
Recurring services
Hosting, VPS, dedicated, backup, and other recurring services renew on the billing cycle selected at checkout until cancelled. Renewal invoices and due dates are shown in the client area.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation through the client area or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal of the affected service; it does not automatically cancel unrelated services or domain names.
Domains
Domain registration, renewal, redemption, and transfer charges are generally committed to the registry or registrar once submitted and may not be refundable after processing begins.
Dedicated and custom orders
Custom hardware, setup work, licenses, IP resources, and third-party services may become non-refundable once ordered or provisioned. Any such condition will be shown or confirmed before we commit the order.
Refunds and credits
Refund eligibility depends on the service and any offer shown at checkout. We will also provide refunds or remedies where required by applicable law. Account credits are not cash unless we explicitly state otherwise or the law requires it.
Past-due services
Past-due services may be suspended or terminated after the applicable grace period. Restoring a suspended service can require payment of outstanding invoices and any third-party recovery or reactivation charges.
